Identity verification
Your signed-in session verifies control of the account for initial intake. Before disclosing information or making a material data change, we may ask for an additional proportionate check.
Do not send government identification, passwords, verification codes, payment details, authenticator secrets, API keys, or monitor credentials unless the Privacy Officer specifically provides an approved secure method.
Track the request
Return to Account > Support > Privacy and data rights to see:
- Request type and reference.
- Current status.
- Identity-verification status.
- Target response date while the request is open.
- Completion date and decision summary when available.
The operating response target is 30 days. If applicable law permits and the request requires an extension, the status and target date will be updated and you will be notified. A legal deadline can vary by jurisdiction and request type.
Possible outcomes
A request may be fulfilled, partially fulfilled, denied, withdrawn, or closed. Legal exceptions can require StackResolve to retain financial, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, consent, or compliance evidence. If a request is denied or limited, the response will explain the basis and available complaint or appeal route where required.
